Prisencolinensinainciusol - Celentano

People Like Us - Billy Eli

Joseph Stack, the man who committed suicide by flying his plane into an IRS building, was also the bass player in the Billy Eli Band. His regular job was as freelance computer programmer.

He ended his suicide note with:

The communist creed: From each according to his ability, to each according to his need.

The capitalist creed: From each according to his gullibility, to each according to his greed.

Joe Stack (1956-2010)

This looks like a fan video, the video footage is from a real family trip to Disney, but the guy in the video looks like the lead singer for the Billy Eli Band.

Here is one of their official music videos, Joseph Stack is not featured in the video.

Zlad! - Supersonic Electronic

I first watched this video about four years, then a couple of years later a friend I showed it to wanted to watch it again, but we could not find it because we did not remember the name of the song or the band. We searched in different search engines, using keywords such as: Russian Eastern Europe Cheesy Science Fiction Electronic Dance Campy Funny, but to no avail. We knew the video had to be out there somewhere on the interwebs, but we could not find that needle in the haystack. Recently I was using Stumble Upon to find random new things, to my delight, I found the missing video. It reminds me of Borat, if he had a electro rock band.
All systems gone, prepare for downcount!

Lady Gaga - Bad Romance

Lady Gaga is pretty hot in this video. At first this video seems like an early Micheal Jackson group dance video crossed with a ridiculous fashion catwalk, but after watching it more and watching the "making of this video" video, it's about a futuristic Russian bath house that is auctioning off lady Gaga to some gangstas, but there is a surprise at the end for the Russian who bought her.

Massive Attack - Paradise Circus

The new Massive Attack album Heligoland has dropped, I like the first single, it's mellow and intense like Portishead:

Die Antwoord is the hottest new hip hop!

You must watch and listen to these two music videos, they are brilliant, I have watched each one a few times already.

She has the hottest mullet ever!

And here is an interview with them, with a nice crotch shot. He has a tattoo in this video that he does not have in the earlier videos, and he mentions wanting to get it removed.

An article at try to make sense of this new band. This band is awesome, they are funny, but they are no joke.

I just bought a t-shirt of the band, you can buy a sweet Die Antwoord tee

Casiotone for the Painfully Alone - White Corolla

This is a song from the new album by Casiotone for the Painfully Alone, it's one man band with old Casio keyboards, but has a organic, lo-fi feel to it.

Hot Chip - One Life Stand

The new Hot Chip album came out a few days ago, my first impression is that it's an ok album, I like the other albums better. The album is on the mellower side, and no surprises on it, no awesome tunes like "over and over" on it.

Маски Шоу Dance (Mask Dance Show)

This is a surreal, silly, funny dance of seduction from some Russians. Kind of reminds me of Benny Hill.

Welcome to Ashley - "Nothing But Grey Skies Ahead"

This is a really solid rock song with a fun video, thank you to Kevin for suggesting it. Kevin writes:
Chicago winters suck. They're long, dreary, and chock full of snow and subzero temps. Sometimes the only way to deal with the daylight hours is to drink Guinness and listen to your favorite tunes, something Chicago's Welcome to Ashley exemplifies perfectly in their cleverly-shot and quirky new video. "Nothing But Grey Skies Ahead" is the newest single (and first video) off of the band's latest EP, Absent Man.

Drawing on influences from bands like The Smiths and Echo & the Bunnymen, Welcome to Ashley has been creating quite a buzz in Chicago's music scene. The video was filmed by Coley Kennedy (vocals) and Jeremy Barrett (bass), and has been gaining traction on music blogs like Brooklyn Rocks, Windy City Rock, and Assault Blog. Post-punk and powerpop fans rejoice! For more info on Welcome to Ashley, check out their MySpace -

Cinnamon Chasers - Luv Deluxe

This music video features a good instrumental dance track that would be perfect listening for long road trip, the video is entertaining; I guess the message of the video is don't do drugs, or maybe it's don't use non refillable plastic water bottles, as the the money spent on bottles of water will lead you to do horrible things.

Obama israeli commercial - Barack & Michelle Obama Look Alikes - yes we can

This commercial is funny because it is Israeli, if it was running in the US I would think it would be too much.

Kid Cudi vs. Crookers - Day 'n' Night

The sweet ass bassline in this song make it much better than the original. A song about smoking weed at night.
